All bookings made through our website are subject to the pricing and booking conditions displayed at the time of booking.
The guest agrees to provide accurate information and to comply with the conditions applicable to the booked property, including occupancy rules, check-in and check-out times and any specific conditions.
Cancellation, payment and security deposit conditions, as well as any additional charges, are those stated at the time of booking.
By making a booking, the guest acknowledges that they have read and accepted the applicable conditions.
- Leases are concluded by the Agency on behalf of the landlord.
- The rental amount is detailed in the offer. It must be paid before arrival.
- As of signing this contract, the tenant will pay 50% of the total amount. This offer is valid for 14 days. The rental agreement shall come into force definitively after receipt by the Agency of the signed copy of this contract as well as the first payment.
- Cancellation insurance is not included. In case of a force majeure (illness, accident, death), the agency will endeavour to find another tenant and reimburse a part of the paid amount but without any guaranty. In case of cancellation by the tenant, he agrees to pay the rental amount under the following conditions:
- Up to 90 days before arrival, free of charge
- From 89 to 60 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount
- From 59 to the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount
- In the event that travel becomes impossible due to official government measures (such as border closures, lockdowns, or mandatory quarantine), the rental amount paid will be fully refunded, with the exception of CHF 100.– for administrative fees.
- It is possible that the facilities of this establishment may be reduced or unavailable due to restrictions by the authorities. In such cases, the agency accepts no responsibility and is not liable to pay any compensation.
- On arrival, a deposit of CHF 500.- to CHF 1,000.-, depending on the accommodation, will be requested in the form of a direct debit authorisation by credit card. This deposit is intended to cover any damage to the property and/or additional cleaning. Rental damage includes any damage to the accommodation, as well as loss or theft of the movable property in the accommodation during the rental period. In the event of damage or additional cleaning, a charge will be made for the amount incurred. The tenant will be informed in advance.
- Remarks and complaints must be made within 48 hours of arrival, with photos.
- Premises are rented furnished and equipped. The property should be kept in a good clean condition at all times. Any missing or damaged items must be reported by the tenant to our Managing Agent. It is forbidden to move items from one accommodation to another and the tenant may not alter the property in any way. Replacement costs for damages caused by the tenant will be charged.
- When the flat is handed over, the dishes must be washed and put away, the beds must be unmade and the bedding must be put together. The flat must be returned in a state of cleanliness that is considered normal (including the oven). Household waste must be disposed of in the containers provided by the local authority in the white taxed rubbish bags provided by the Canton of Valais (bags can be purchased individually in the shops or at the agency). Other waste must be sorted and disposed of in the corresponding containers. In case of non-compliance, the agency will invoice the client for its costs.
- Unless expressly authorised by the agency, possession of the accommodation will not be taken before 04.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If the accommodation is not ready by 04.00 p.m., the agency reserves the right to make it available when it can and is not liable to pay compensation. The accommodation and car park must be vacated by 9.00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
- The Agency accepts no responsibility or liability in the unlikely event of irregular water or electricity supply or other services. The Agency will not take any responsibility for failure to enjoyment that occurs not from his fault. Similarly, they cannot be held responsible for any theft which may be committed during the tenancy.
- The tenant will comply with the house rules. Ski boots, mountain boots and skis will be placed in the rooms provided on this purpose.
- If necessary, the managing agent preserves its right to enter the accommodation at any time during the rental period without notice.
- Pets are allowed only in some accommodations and on demand. In that case, tenant must make the request prior to arrival. An extra cost of CHF 35.- per animal as well as an extra deposit of CHF 100.- will be asked.
- In case of sale of the accommodation, the Agency will endeavor to get the tenant another accommodation. It cannot be held responsible in case of failure.
- The lessor is not liable for damage to vehicles, including those that might arise in garages occupied by the tenant (even against remuneration).
Any dispute that may arise in connection with this contract will be submitted to the competent court in Switzerland.
